You are hereby notified that a special meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Tupelo, Mississippi, is hereby called to meet in the City Hall Council Chambers, Second Floor, 71 East Troy Street, in the City of Tupelo, Mississippi, at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, October 23, 2012.

The object of said meeting, being called pursuant to Mississippi Code Section 21-8-11, is to discuss and act upon the following matter(s) of business:
