Traffic Tickets

Traffic tickets returnable to Municipal Court are handled thru adjudication, payment and defensive driving schools. The process begins when a Tupelo Police officer issues the traffic ticket to an individual.

Most traffic tickets can be pre-paid on or before the court date noted at the bottom of the ticket. Tickets that require a mandatory court appearance are highlighted on our standard fine sheet or call the Court (662-841-6516) to verify that you can pre-pay your ticket.

All transactions after the written due date on the ticket will incur additional late fees and should be addressed by personal appearance in Court.

To pre-pay traffic tickets please use one of the following methods:

Payments postmarked on or before the written due date on the ticket will be accepted as paid on the date mailed.
