On March 20, the Tupelo Police Department arrested Tyler C Robinson and Matthew C Whiteside for grand larceny.

Officers were dispatched to a wreck that occurred on S Veterans Blvd. While there officers discovered that the two men had sold a trailer to the scrap yard.

After an investigation it was determined that the two had stolen the trailer earlier that morning from a business on McCullough Blvd.

Robinson is currently out on bond for three counts of grand larceny from Lee and Pontotoc counties.

Lee County Justice Court Judge Ricky Thompson set Robinson’s bond at $150,000.00. Whiteside’s was set at $5,000.00.
