New Residential Customers must come by our Billing & Collections Office at 320 Court Street, 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday to apply for service. Please bring two (2) forms of ID, including a driver’s license or state issued ID card. Renters should also bring a copy of the lease or renter’s receipt. Applicants should be prepared to pay all deposits and charges at this time. Residential Application for Utility Service
If you are moving away or transferring utility service to another location within our service area, you must come by our Billing & Collections Office and give us the details of your move. Try to give us as much advance notice as possible. A $20.00 charge to transfer services will be added to your bill. Request to Discontinue Utility Service
