RATEPAYER COMPLAINT PROCESS
TVA provides regulatory oversight for your local power company’s rates and service practices. If you have an issue or complaint that you have not been able to resolve with your local power company, TVA’s Complaint Resolution Process may be able to help.
If your bill is delinquent and subject to cut-off or if your service has been disconnected and you choose to pay your bill on-line or via the telephone, you must call our office with payment confirmation number to have service restored. A $25.oo fee is charged to restore service during normal office hours (8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday), after normal office hourse the charge is $75.00.
